The challenge

Brokerage staff were juggling separate tools for client records, MT5 accounts and finance operations, making onboarding and support slow and error-prone.

The solution

A CRM built around the MT5 trading lifecycle, connected to the brokerage’s trading servers through the bridge and to the payment gateway through webhooks.

What was built

• Client profiles and MT5 trading-account management
• Finance workflows fed by payment-gateway webhooks
• Role-based back-office for operations and support teams
• Multi-broker ready through per-broker configuration
