The challenge

An e-commerce operation relied on people to log in, scrape prices, place orders, track shipments and answer customers across Amazon and eBay.

The solution

A full automation ecosystem: resilient browser bots with 2FA handling, a Manifest V3 extension for one-click capture, rule-based auto-ordering, a WhatsApp assistant and an inventory/order sync platform.

What was built

Amazon bot: 2FA login, product scraping, order tracking, address management, auto-ordering
Chrome extension (MV3) injecting into Amazon pages for one-click scraping
